My Free Lottery Pool Review 2024

We have said this plenty of times before: the best way to improve your chances of winning the lottery is by playing as part of a pool. This is a mathematically proven way to help you win more often than playing on your own.

MyFreeLotteryPool LogoWhile there are many great lottery pools to choose from, none beat a pool that you can enter for free. Thankfully, such a pool exists.

In this MyFreeLotteryPool.com review, we will look at what this site offers and how it operates. We will also see how you can register to ensure you stand a chance of winning the next incredible jackpot.

How Does MyFreeLotteryPool.com Work?

Basically, MyFreeLotteryPool.com allows you to enter any of their large lottery pools without paying a cent. They can do this thanks to the revenue generated by advertising on their site.

To enter any of their pools, however, you will need to register a player account. This can quickly be done by clicking the Get Started button on the homepage or the Sign In button visible on all pages.

Clicking either of these buttons will open a login dialogue. Here, you can click the Registration tab to begin registering your own player account.

When registering, you will need to provide the site with all your necessary information. This includes a username as well as your name, age, gender, address, and email address. You will also have to provide an answer to a security question and tell the site how you heard about them.

Once you have registered, you will then need to sign in to your new account. You can then choose any of the available lottery pools and click the Enter Pool button to secure your share in the syndicate.

Is MyFreeLotteryPool.com Legit or a Scam?

One of the biggest things that we noticed while reviewing My Free Lottery Pool is how many times they repeat one thing. This is that the site is entirely safe and fully transparent. Apparently, these good people would never lie to you or try scam you in any way.

Truth be told, we actually do believe them. The terms and conditions of the site are clear and protect you and them. They also have a relatively decent online reputation. Most bad reviews were from players who just hadn’t won anything.

However, there is one main reason that we think this site is legit and safe to use. That is because it is entirely free to use.

The site states that it would never ask for any form of payment from any player. This means that there is no way that you could lose anything, aside from your time, by making use of its services.

The worst you may have to deal with is excessive spam in your email inbox. However, even here, the site states that it would never fill your mailbox with spam. In fact, it encourages you to report if you do receive too many emails.

MyFreeLotteryPool.com Mobile SiteUser Experience

Considering that all lottery tickets purchased by the site are paid for by ad revenue, you may expect an overwhelming number of ads. After all, that is fully what we expected.

Thankfully, the site is not overrun by ads. In fact, while they are certainly there and noticeable, they are easy enough to ignore when using the site.

This is an excellent thing because the site design itself is really great. The site uses muted colours and plenty of white space on its pages.

This design gives it a modern feel and means that you will not get annoyed with looking at it. The site is actually quite great to look at.

Aside from the look, the site loads quickly and is incredibly responsive. It is also effortless to move around the site thanks to the top menu bar. There is also a pretty decent footer menu you can use.

Sadly, there are no mobile apps for the site that allow you to join pools from the road. Luckily, the site overcomes this problem by being fully compatible with mobile device browsers.

Lotteries Available

Most sites that offer access to free lotteries do not support popular international lotto draws. This is one of the unfortunate realities of playing the lottery for free.

MyFreeLottoPool.com breaks this stigma by offering you three of the best lotteries available today: US Powerball, Mega Millions, and California SuperLotto.

Unfortunately, however, the site does not say how many shares go into each of the pools held for these great lotteries. We decided to manually check this, and for the one US Powerball pool, we found over 500 different shareholders.

This means that if you do win a massive jackpot as part of the pool, your share may not be as significant as you expect. This may be disappointing, but the fact that you are still winning money without having to pay should abate this disappointment.

One other thing to note about the pools is the reserved shares held by the website. There are 200 shares in every pool that are reserved by the site. This means that they will receive a large chunk of the winnings each time there is a win.

MyFreeLotteryPool.com Extras

In addition to giving you to access to free lottery pools, there are a limited number of extras offered by the site. These include:

  • Lottery Results: The site has a basic lottery result section that will show you which numbers were drawn at recent past draws. This is very limited and only shows the last seven draws’ results.
  • Lottery News: If you like keeping up to date with what is happening in the lottery world, then the lottery news section may interest you. Here, the site posts interesting developments that have to do with the lottery and lotto winners from around the world.
  • Daily Horoscope: We are not sure why this is on a lottery website, but there is also a daily horoscope available. However, the tab for it disappears as soon as you log into your account, which does not make sense to us.

Payment/Withdrawal Options

As you do not need to make any payment to the site to play, there is no need for the site to have any payment methods. As mentioned, the site actually warns you that you will never have to provide any form of payment method.

There are also no withdrawal methods available. This is because your winnings, if you are owed any, will not be paid into your player account. Instead, they will be paid directly to you via the process explained below.

How to Claim Your Winnings

Suppose you are lucky enough to be part of a winning lottery pool. In that case, you will be contacted by a certified public accounting firm. This accounting firm will be acting on behalf of MyFreeLotteryPool.com and will assist you in claiming your share of the winnings.

The site states that during this process, you will be required to provide proof of your identity, address, and any other personal details that may be requested.

One thing that is also mentioned is specifically for if you are playing from outside the United States. If you live in a country that the accounting firm cannot transfer your money to, you will be required to collect your winnings in person in the US.

The cost of your travel to the US to collect your winnings will be covered by the accounting firm. However, you will still end up paying for this, as the money will be deducted from the final winnings you will receive.

There is also one other important thing to mention. The site states clearly that it will take 50% of any jackpot amount that is won. This leaves only 50% of the total to be distributed to the actual members of the pool.

Worse than even this, the site states that it has the right to retain all winnings that are less than the full jackpot amount from a particular draw.

In other words, if a ticket purchased by the site is a jackpot winner but that jackpot is shared with another winning ticket (not purchased through the site), My Free Lottery Pool sees it as though they have not won a jackpot.

After all, half of the jackpot will go to the holder of the other winning ticket, meaning they are unable to claim it.

So, because the site does not see a win like this as a jackpot win, they are under no obligation to pay out any of the winnings that they claim. Even if those winnings are half of the full jackpot amount.

Are we crazy, or is that just completely insane?

Customer Support

The site has a FAQ section to try and assist with support queries. This section is elementary and will probably not work too well to answer all the questions that you may have.

If this is the case, there is also a support email address. This address is listed as support@myfreelotterypool.com.

If you don’t feel like sending an email, there is also an online form that you can complete.

Welcome Bonuses/Promotions

Considering it is already giving you access to free lottery entries, we did not expect there to be any welcome bonuses or promotions. Therefore, it was not a shock to discover that there aren’t any.

Rules and Regulations

There are only three rules that the site implements. The first is the standard rule that you must be 18 years of age or older to register a player account.

The second, also expected, rule is that you may not register an account if you know that it is unlawful to do so in your territory.

Finally, the last rule says that you are only allowed to register one player account per person and per household. This means that if you are living with your spouse, only one of you will be able to have a registered player account.

MyFreeLotteryPool.com Review Conclusion

Some things about MyFreeLotteryPool.com really concern us. These nearly all have to do with how the site pays out winning shares.

To recap, it keeps 50% of jackpot winnings, has 200 reserved shares in every pool, and keeps any other winnings it makes that aren’t part of a jackpot. This means that it is holding a vast majority of any winnings it receives.

This could be justified by saying that it pays for all the tickets. However, the truth is that it is your traffic to the website that generates the ad revenue that allows it to pay for all these tickets.

So, while we really do think that elements of the site are pretty great, we believe that this way of distributing winnings is something that makes this site lose almost all of its appeal.

If you are willing to deal with the way that the site claims most winnings for itself, then we highly recommend that you register an account and get to playing.

If, however, you also think that these methods are unfair to you as the player, then we recommend checking out the plenty of other free lottery sites available.
