SuperLottos Review 2024

There are not many things that immediately make us question the validity of an online lottery website. However, one of these few things is when a website does not openly state who is behind its creation and operation. There is no reason, in our opinion, that a site should not be proud of its owner and so, naturally, this does call into question why they have chosen to hide their identity. In this SuperLottos.com review, we will look at this mysterious site to see what we can find out about it and whether or not you should even spend your time taking a look at it.

SuperLottos.com ReviewHow Does It Work?

The first thing that you should know if you are considering using SuperLottos.com is that they do not offer individual tickets to any of the aforementioned lotteries. The only things on offer here are lottery syndicates—which we have long maintained are one of the only ways to improve your odds of winning.

To play in any of these four syndicates, you will need to first register a player account. This can quickly be done by simply filling in the online form and providing your essential details, such as your name, contact details, address, and date of birth.

Once you have successfully registered a new account, you can choose which syndicate you would like to participate in and add it to your cart. After your chosen syndicate has been added to your cart, you can navigate to your cart, select the syndicate that you chose, and choose to edit it. Doing this allows you to choose your own numbers to play in the syndicate or decide to play with a quick pick. There is no guarantee from the site that your numbers will actually be played, and we think all this is just for show.

Once you are happy with your syndicate, you can continue to pay for it. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that syndicates are sold month by month and that you cannot enter a syndicate for just one or two draws. Cancelling your syndicate is also not the easiest and if you don’t cancel within 14 days from registering you will still be liable to pay for the entire month—even though you will no longer be eligible to receive any winnings. Sounds fair, right? But let’s continue…

Is SuperLottos.com Legit or a Scam?

As we said at the start, the fact that the site makes no mention to who is actually operating it or even founded it is something that we find unacceptable. While the site seems to have a really good online reputation and is even praised on TrustPilot, there is no way to know whether these reviews are by actual customers or just the company’s employees in an attempt to make the site look appealing to new players is uncertain. Only time will tell, once more people find out about this new site and there are many more reviews for it online.

Therefore, we recommend extreme caution with this site. This is not just because we like being difficult and giving this site a hard time, but because when we first logged onto the site, we were slightly confused. SuperLottos.com is an almost exact replica of another online lottery website—150Winners.com. We are reasonably sure that these two sites have the same owner. The problem with this is that everything we found wrong in our 150Winners.com review we also found wrong with SuperLottos.com. This includes the fact that the terms and conditions do not leave us feeling comforted in the least.

SuperLottos.com Mobile ScreenshotLotteries Available

If you are looking for a long list of lotteries to choose from, then you best head on over to a different online lottery website. In fact, the list of supported lotteries is rather dismal and only includes four games. Thankfully, these four games do happen to be some of the biggest international lotteries:

  • US Powerball
  • Mega Millions
  • Eurojackpot
  • EuroMillions

User Experience

The user experience of the site is not bad. Despite all the problems we have with the site, it does look good, and you won’t get sick of trying to find what you are looking for in a cluttered and outdated design. All movement on the site is handled by the incredibly basic top menu bar that only allows you to go three places, and a rudimentary footer menu that is also pretty useless.

The site also has no dedicated applications for mobile devices and as a whole leaves something to be desired.

SuperLottos.com Extras

There are no additional features on the site aside from the fact that you can view previous draw history. Even this is incredibly basic and only gives you the history for the last 15 draws—unlike other sites that allow you to view years’ worth of results. One thing that the history does do right is show the prize tiers available for each draw and the number of winners that each tier received.

Payment/Withdrawal Options

All payments on the site are handled by a provider called Codescience, which only supports the following methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Instant Bank Transfer

Having such a small list of payment methods is somewhat laughable in today’s times and is not something easily forgiven—especially by players who don’t have access to one of these payment methods. You should also note that joining any syndicate and paying for it will mean subscribing to pay via debit order for any future syndicate subscriptions. We can’t imagine a lot of people being comfortable with such a setup, especially with a new site that hasn’t proven its legitimacy.

Withdrawals are all paid directly into your chosen bank account and are subject to you verifying your account by submitting proof of your address, banking details, and identity.

How to Claim Your Winnings

All winnings under the £100,000 limit are paid into your player account automatically after the draw has completed and the site has calculated your share of the syndicate. It is not specified how amounts over this limit are paid. Instead, all that the site states is that they will be in contact with you telephonically should your winnings exceed this amount.

One clever clause in the terms and conditions that you should be aware of is that any winnings under the amount of £10 will not be paid into your player account. These winnings will accrue until they are over this limit and will then be paid into your account—apparently. We see no reason for this and think it is a rather silly way to do things.

Customer Support

The site has an FAQ section that will work if you are looking for the most basic answers. Aside from this, support is only available via an online contact form, the provided support email address (support@superlottos.com) and a contact number (0203 137 5502) that is void of any hours of operation.

Welcome Bonuses/Promotions

There are no promotions mentioned anywhere on the site. While there is supposedly a welcome bonus for new players, it is not mentioned anywhere on the site aside from the terms and conditions. This welcome bonus entitles you to ten free lines of play for the first draw to occur after you have successfully registered and paid for your syndicate. However, since it never showed up for us during any point of the registration period, don’t expect it to show up for you either.

Rules and Regulations

The site states that the only condition you will have to meet when registering a player account is that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are not a resident of any country included on the exclusion list. However, the site seems to have conveniently forgotten to provide this exclusion list—so knowing if you are allowed to actually make use of the site’s services is a bit like Russian roulette. If you find out that your territory is on the exclusion list after you have registered and paid, you will not be eligible for any refund, and any winnings that you may have gained will also be forfeited. How convenient!

SuperLottos.com Review Conclusion

We are not sure how this site has managed to gain the online reputation that it has—though we suspect that most if not all of those reviews aren’t by real customers. In our opinion, this site should be avoided at all costs. There are just too many things that don’t add up. From the fact that you don’t get your winnings until they reach a certain amount to the fact that you have to subscribe via debit order just to play in the syndicates, this site is not something that excites us.

The biggest issue for us, however, is that this site is so close to 150Winners.com—which we had issues with before we even took a look at SuperLottos.com. In the end, there are plenty of trusted lottery websites that are far better than this one and that you could use knowing with full certainty that you won’t be messed around.

I was thinking of signing up with these guys but the limited payment methods turned me off -- now I've read this review and see I've made the right choice!
