Bichomania Scratch Card Review

Fun scratch cards that are simple to understand and play have great appeal attached to them. The fact that you can use them to increase your bank account balance makes them even better. Gluck, a developer of online games since 2015, is one of the developers that create games that fit this bill. In this Bichomania scratch card review, we will look at how to play the game and what prizes are available if you happen to strike it lucky.

Gameplay

Bichomania Scratch CardAfter purchasing the number of scratch cards that you would like to play, click on the “Play Scratchcard” button and you’ll be presented with a 3X3 grid that needs to be unveiled.

To show the symbols hidden beneath the scratch area, you have two options. The first is to click on the “Reveal All” button. Doing this will scratch the entire card area for you and reveal if you are a winner or not. The second option is to use your cursor to move over the scratch area and show the symbols hidden beneath.

Symbols are cute depictions of different animals, including a cat, snake, dog, and monkey—which are all detailed just as well as what you’d find in many other online scratch cards. Each of these symbols is related to a visible cash amount, and matching three symbols in the scratch area will win you the relevant prize. Wins are easy to spot thanks to the fact that all non-winning logos will fade into the background of the scratcher, while all of the winning symbols will glow and begin to pulsate.

If after the animation of the pulsating symbols, you are still not sure if you are a winner, you can also look to the left of the scratch card area where the game will display a banner if you are a winner. This banner will also include the total amount that you have won on that particular scratch card.

Graphics

The visuals in Bichomania are nothing spectacular and are, for the most part, completely static. The only visual effects in the game are the pulses added to winning symbols mentioned above and a very slight scratch effect that is applied to the face of the card as you move your cursor over it.

While the graphics may disappoint, they are nothing compared to the disappointment that the game has zero sound—whether background music or SFX.

Prizes

The primary jackpot available in Bichomania is an entirely average amount of €4,000. Your odds of winning this amount are 1 in 300,000, and aiming to win this could mean playing a high number of cards. The game does feature other prizes that are spread out over the 300,000 active scratch cards available and have odds of 1 in 2. These prizes are distributed using a ten-tier pay table. This pay table is detailed below:

Cost to Play

Purchasing a single scratch card for Bichomania will set you back €0.40. While this is not a huge amount and could result in you playing a large number of scratch cards without breaking into your piggy bank, it does explain the somewhat small jackpot prize. Personally, we would much rather spend a few more cents per scratch card if it meant a slightly or significantly higher jackpot.

On the upside, if you want to play the game just for fun and don’t care about winning anything, then there is a free demo version that is available. The downside to this demo is that it limits you to only five scratch cards per game, and if you would like to play more, you will need to exit the demo and re-enter it.

Supported Platforms

To play the game, you will need a PC that has one of the more popular browsers installed. Also, you will need to ensure that the PC has a stable connection to the Internet.

Bottom Line — Is Bichomania Scratch Card Worth Playing?

Bichomania may have great detailing in its graphics and an easy-to-understand gameplay method. Unfortunately, this is not enough to make up for the static visuals, lack of any sound, and a rather small jackpot. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive scratcher that is still fun enough to play, then this may be the scratch card you have been looking for.
