LottoLucker Review 2024

Do you believe in magic? Have you ever wished on a shooting star or taken a one-in-a-billion chance just to try your luck? With a worldwide network of agents, online lotto ticket purchasing agency LottoLucker gives you a chance to give magic a run for its money.

LottoLucker is owned by Mellomay Invest Limited and has local offices in several continents, including Europe, the United States of America, and Australia. The website is only available in English or Russian, but players from anywhere on the globe can use its services.

In this LottoLucker review, we will take a closer look at which lotteries it offers, how its payment and withdrawal options work, and whether or not we ultimately deem LottoLucker a scam site or one that’s totally legit.

Lotteries Available

LottoLucker gives players access to a fair amount of lotteries from all over the globe, including:

  • MegaMillions
  • Powerball
  • EuroMillions
  • MegaSena
  • California SuperLotto
  • EuroJackpot
  • Lotto 6/49
  • SuperEnaLotto
  • Hot Lotto
  • NZ Powerball
  • German Lotto
  • Florida Lotto
  • Irish Lotto
  • Oz Lotto
  • BonoLoto
  • Keno
  • Powerball Australia

How Does It Work?

Before you can purchase your ticket through LottoLucker, you’ll need to register. Then, you simply navigate to the “Play Lottery” page, which is easily accessible via the top ribbon on the site. Click on your chosen lottery, enter your lucky numbers, and pay, and that’s that!

Once a LottoLucker agent has purchased your ticket, it will be scanned and uploaded to your account where you’ll be able to view it anytime.

Your selection of numbers will be saved within the system, which automatically checks any wins and once results are in – and if you land a win – automatically credits your account and mails you with the good news.

Is LottoLucker a Scam or Legit?

It’s difficult to know whether or not you can trust an online agent with your money and your luck. Having given the site our overview, we’re somewhat uncertain as to whether LottoLucker is a scam or legit. While it looks promising, we’re put off by the lack of clarification.

Also, the English is sketchy at best, with bad grammar and frequent typos, which feels sloppy and detracts from the credibility.

The biggest red flag is that with both browsers we used to access the site, we were warned that the connection was not private and that the site’s security certificate had expired. Whether this is because the site is going down and will no longer be supported or because of something else, we're not sure, but seeing a warning message is definitely a major red flag. Of all the lottery sites we've reviewed, this is the only site to have this issue.

User Experience

They say first impressions are everything, and with LottoLucker, the first thing you notice when you load the site is the professional, clean-cut, and glamorously glossy and vibrantly coloured interface.

The site is simple and straightforward to navigate, with most of what you need easy at hand.

Unfortunately, LottoLucker doesn’t have a mobile app, and the mobile site is not optimized for phones, which will make it somewhat difficult to use on your mobile device.

LottoLucker Features

LottoLucker offers syndicate options and group subscription options. However, due to the low quality of the English on the site, the processes behind and involved in both of these options is unclear.

Payment / Withdrawal Options

LottoLucker supports a number of payment and withdrawal options, including credit cards, debit cards, and Skrill.

How to Claim Your Winnings

When it comes to how you claim your winnings, and how and when you’re notified of lottery results and any wins you’ve landed, LottoLucker is again unclear.

While some of the site’s pages mention an automatic system that checks wins and automatically notifies players, the terms and conditions state that you can only see whether or not you’ve won in your LottoLucker account.

However, it does seem that any winnings are attributed to your LottoLucker account first, and then you need to withdraw them yourself. The processes involved in this are, once again, not made clear.

LottoLucker charges a 10% commission fee on any winnings up to or above US $1,000,000. That’s an incredibly hefty fee for offering a convenient, but let’s face it, rather basic service. Since some of the other sites that we have reviewed take no commission at all because they make their profits by selling the tickets at a slight markup, a 10% commission is 100% BS.

Customer Support

If you have any questions or problems with the agency, the LottoLucker customer support can be reached via phone (+1-647-849-1196 for Canada, +7-495-249-4718 for Russia, and +3531-513-7477 for Dublin) or emailed at support@lottolucker.com. There’s also a contact form that pops up on the bottom-right corner of the site no matter which page you’re on. However, there’s no mention of which hours and days the customer support is available on or how quickly you’ll receive a response, but the online chat form operates between 08:00 and 17:00 (GMT+0).

Welcome Bonus and Other Promotions

LottoLucker offers a tidy selection of bonuses and promotions for players, including a welcome bonus and a VIP Loyalty Programme.

  • Free Ticket

Everybody loves gifts, and LottoLucker generously gifts new users one free ticket that appears in your account immediately after you’ve registered. However, they don’t clarify which lottery specifically the ticket is for, or give any further details.
  • Welcome Bonus

After you’ve made your first purchase on the LottoLucker site, you will get 100% cash back in equivalent to the amount spent. Again, though, there’s no further clarification, and it’s not clear whether the welcome bonus and the free ticket are separate bonuses or different phrasings of the same one.
  • VIP Loyalty Programme

Members of the exclusive VIP Loyalty Program receive discounts and money back on purchases. Again, however, there is no further or more detailed information provided on the site.

Rules and Regulations

The LottoLucker site has no clear list of basic rules and regulations, such as whether there’s a minimal age limit or any other restrictions, that players should be aware of.

LottoLucker Review - Conclusion

What’s the long and the short of it, then? As we said earlier, LottoLucker seems promising, if a little shabby. We like the professional look of the site, the free ticket you get when you register, and the VIP Loyaltly Programme. However, we’d feel more at ease if LottoLucker was clearer about its services and the processes behind and around them, as well as renewed its security certificate. Until the site starts doing that, it’s hard to know what users are really getting themselves into.

This site comes across as a scam site to me, but maybe I haven't given it a fair enough try. Can anyone vouch for it?
