Jolly Review 2024

Websites that offer free lottery draws have evolved in recent years. What was once a bunch of small suspicious-looking sites that made you nervous, they have expanded to some incredibly popular ones that see tons of traffic.

We cannot say that we are surprised. After all, who would pass up on the chance of winning something for free? We certainly wouldn’t.

In this GiveJolly.com review, we will look at what this site has to offer. We will also see just how easy it is to enter into the daily draws held by the site.

Jolly LogoHow Does GiveJolly.com Work?

GiveJolly.com, also known simply as Jolly makes it ridiculously simple to enter any of its daily draws. In fact, the only thing that you will need to do is register a player account on the site.

To achieve this, just click the Get Started button at the top of the site or fill in the registration form located on the home page.

Jolly makes do with very little in terms of providing personal information. The only information you will need to enter when registering is your name, email address, and a password for your account.

Once you have done this, you will need to confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation link in the email you will receive from the site.

That is all you need to complete to begin. Once you have confirmed your email address, you will automatically be entered into the daily draw.

However, there is slightly more to it than that. The site runs off of points. These points dictate which draws you are entered into and what your status on the site is. When registering, you will be granted a single point to get started.

There are several ways to earn more points. Some of these include entering your physical address and birthdate on your player account. For each personal detail you provide, you will receive an additional three points.

However, the primary way to earn points is by sharing the site with others. The site allows you to share a link for new players to join via most social networks, as well as email.

Any new player that registers using the link that you have sent will grant you points. The site doesn’t specify how many points you get for each person that registers using your link.

Accumulating more points means that you will be eligible for better draws that have greater prizes and improved odds of winning.

Is GiveJolly.com Legit or a Scam?

We generally try and give every site the benefit of the doubt. In fact, we struggle to remember the last time that we stated outright that a site looks dodgy.

That is, sadly, about to change. Not only are Jolly’s terms and conditions an absolute joke, but specific clauses concern us greatly.

The most prominent of these is that, while the site will not give your personal information to any third party, they have full rights to contact you on behalf of third parties. In plain English, this means one thing: spam.

Because the site is free, there is nothing to lose by registering in terms of monetary value. However, unless you want to battle with endless spam, we highly recommend taking a look at the other free lottery sites that exist out there.

Spoiler alert: the top ones certainly don’t have any clauses like this.

GiveJolly.com Mobile SiteUser Experience

No matter our feelings toward the above terms, we have to admit that the design of the site is great. The site is modern and makes use of fantastic graphics and plenty of white space. This all works together to create a site that you won’t want to stop looking at.

This is, unfortunately, where the great experience ends. The site has no menu bar for navigation and only gives you a link to your profile at the top of the screen.

There are also pages on the site that no longer work and greet you with a “404 page not found” error.

The site at least works well on mobile devices. The only problem is that the shortcomings of the desktop version of the site are prevalent on the mobile version as well.

Lotteries Available

The site hosts four of its own unique draws. Entry into these draws is based upon how many points you have accumulated in your player account.

The basic daily draw is open to everybody who has 999 points or less. The prize for this draw is $100.

The next draw is for players who have between 1,000 and 4,999 points. The prize amount for these players is $250.

If you have 5,000 to 9,999 points, you will receive a daily entry into the draw with prize money of $500.

Then, if you have 10,000 points or more, you will have access to the daily draw that carries a prize of $1,500.

The site does state that they also sometimes give away vacations and gadgets. However, we saw absolutely no mention of any of these types of prizes anywhere other than on the home page.

GiveJolly.com Extras

There are no additional extras available on the site.

Payment/Withdrawal Options

As you have probably guessed already, there are no payment methods supported by the site. This is because entry is entirely free, and you will never be asked to make a payment to participate in any of the site’s draws.

In the same vein, there are no withdrawal options. This is because the prizes are not paid into your player account.

How to Claim Your Winnings

The claims process for if you are a winner is the biggest issue that we have with this website.

According to reviews from past winners, you will receive an email from the site stating that you are a winner. What process follows this, however, is clearly a well-kept secret.

The terms and conditions of the site, which usually outline the claims process, make no mention of how or when winnings will be paid.

This makes us pretty uncomfortable and is the main reason that we think it may be best to avoid this site altogether.

Customer Support

GiveJolly.com has a basic FAQ section that achieves almost nothing in answering burning questions that you may have about the way the site operates.

There is also a support email address (support@givejolly.com) listed at the end of the terms and conditions.

Aside from these two things, however, there are no other forms of customer support. That is unless you count the help centre, which only ever gives you a 404 error. How helpful!

Welcome Bonuses/Promotions

The only welcome bonus that you will receive when joining the site is the singular point that will be added to your player account. Apart from this, there are no other welcome bonuses or promotions.

Rules and Regulations

The only restriction placed on registering a player account is that you must be at least 13 years of age. This is far from the standard of 18 years of age that most sites require. And that in itself is another cause for concern.

GiveJolly.com Review Conclusion

GiveJolly.com has a great concept. They want to give money away to players for free. You will certainly not hear us complaining about that.

However, nothing is appealing about this site apart from the way it looks. In fact, digging deeper into the site just makes it that much more unattractive.

We cannot say for sure whether this site is a complete scam or not. Truthfully, we cannot even express how most of the operations of this site are handled. After all, we are still awaiting a reply from their support.

What we can say is that there are plenty of other sites that offer free lotteries that are at least clear on how you can get your prize. So, we recommend you go and take a look at those sites instead.
